CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – CONTACT FORM

By sending the form, you agree that the operator of this website PROYECTA s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 25336533, with its registered office at Ladná, Mlýnská 459, postcode 691 46, (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) in the sense of the Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) processed the personal data listed below:

  • name and surname
  • company name
  • e-mail address
  • telephone.

We exercise proper caution regarding the protection of personal data and act in accordance with legal regulations to ensure the protection of personal data.

  1. The e-mail address, name and surname, company name and telephone number will be processed in order to contact the author of the message with an answer to their inquiry or service request and for the purpose of preparing an offer of requested services.
  2. You give your consent for processing for a period of 3 years, unless you extend this period.
  3. The consent can be revoked at any time, for example by sending an email.

The controller does not provide personal data provided by the data subject to any natural or legal person or other entity and does not provide them to any third parties. The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country or an international organisation.

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS

The personal data of the data subject are processed in electronic and/or printed form.
The personal data of the data subject will not be processed by the personal data processors.
The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide information on the processing of their personal data.

The data subject has the right to have the controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

The data subject has the right to have the controller delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to delete the personal data without undue delay if any of the reasons set out in the General Data Protection Regulation apply.

The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data, in cases stated in the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them if the controller processes personal data for the following reasons: the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, for the purposes of direct marketing, for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes.

The data subject has the right to obtain personal data concerning them that they have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transfer such data to another controller without their consent, in cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

If the data subject thinks that there has been a breach of law in connection with the protection of their personal data, they have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
